About the Role:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.
• Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports as per statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense management.
• Process invoices, payments, vendor reconciliations, and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory financial requirements.
• Support financial planning, sponsorship revenue tracking, and cost management for TPL related events.
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to track budgets and financial efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain an accurate record of office inventory related to TPL and TPL App.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely payments for both TPL and TPL App.
