Job Description
A TERM Kindergarten/School Age Educator is required for Emerlad Meadows School Age Program located in St. Anne School in Kanata.
RECE Salary: $39,051 + 4%
Non-ECE Salary: $32,785 + 4%
Shift: (SPLIT SHIFT) 7:00-9:30 & 3:30-6:00pm (subject to change)
For the summer months (June 30th-Aug. 29th ) as well as all non-school days (PD days, March Break, Christmas Break) you will be offered to work additional hours should you wish
Term Dates: August 27th, 2026 until February 27th, 2026
The ideal candidates will have experience working with kindergarten and school-age children and have successfully completed a diploma or degree in one of the following:
Early Childhood Education and provide proof of registration with the College of ECEs,
Child and Youth Care
Recreation and Leisure Services
A member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work between the hours of 7am - 6pm
A police record check for the vulnerable sector dated within six months.
Standard First Aid & Infant/Child CPR dated within 3 years
Up-to-date immunization records and proof of immunization
