IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. As a Territory Manager for Home Loans LIG/MIG, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for the LIG & MIG segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Home Loans LIG & MIG segment
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable home loan solutions
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of home loan applications
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve targets
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of the LIG & MIG segment and their home loan requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
