Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Indore. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations within their assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and training sales teams, conducting market analysis, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Territory Manager will also work on identifying new business opportunities and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales management, territory management, and business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical skills with the capability to perform market analysis and strategy development
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
