Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Officer, based in Bharatpur. The role involves managing territory sales operations with a focus on achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, and ensuring consistent market penetration. The Territory Sales Officer will oversee channel sales, collaborate with business partners, monitor stock levels, and implement sales strategies to expand market reach. The position requires regular field visits to build strong connections with stakeholders and ensure robust distribution management.
Qualifications
• Experience in Distribution Management and Channel Sales to effectively manage and strengthen partnerships with distributors and channel partners.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, drive growth, and implement strategic sales plans.
• Strong background in Business acumen and decision-making skills to identify opportunities, analyze market data, and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work on-site and conduct regular field visits to meet market demands, with strong organizational and planning skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the paints or allied industries will be considered an advantage
