Test Automation Engineer
Location: Ontario, Canada (Home-based, Hybrid, or Office-based)
Position Summary:

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer, who will participate in the end-to-end software development process from concept to feature implementation. Your key role will be to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.
We will rely on you for the following:
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
What You Bring to The Team:
More than a year of proven work experience in software quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Knowledge of JavaScript & Azure DevOps would be preferred
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
