Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
• The Test Data Management (TDM) Architect is responsible for building enterprise test data management strategy in co-ordination with global teams focusing on Data provisioning, Data Classification, Process Alignment and devising efficient TDM processes.
• Contribution to implementation & management of end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution.
• This role will require planning, discovery, design, development, and maintenance of test data using appropriate test data management tools and techniques
• Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• This role will contribute towards development of test data management strategies and plans to provide right sized, production like, reusable and secured test data per test data requirements, as well as discover, generate, profile, transform, enrich, cleanse, extract, subset, mask, load, validate, refresh, reset, archive, purge test data and resolve defects of test data using the TDM tool (IBM Optim, Informatica, Delphix etc.) and leveraging automation tools, SQL scripts, jobs and programming languages.
• This role works with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans.
• Conducting a continuous audit of data management system performance and compliance
Job Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in Test Data management, with 3+ year’s experience working as a test data architect
• 5+ years’ experience acting in the capacity Senior Project roles for sizable IT projects.
• Extensive experience on multiple TDM tools – IBM Optim, Delphix, Informatica
• Certification on AWS, TOGAF, etc. is an added advantage
