What you'll do
As a Test Manager, you'll be creating applications and services that can work in line with increased change and growth, and continuous service quality improvements.
Day-to-day you'll be:
• Building our organisation's capabilities by finding and retaining the right clients
• Maintaining motivation and commitment through integration
• Demonstrating commercial acumen in financial management of NatWest markets
• Striving to create value for our business
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you'll have banking business knowledge in line with risk or rates pricing. You'll have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and will be able to interface with business users. Additional experience of counterparty default or credit risk would be advantageous.
As a self-starter, you'll use your experience of delivering high-quality solutions to lead teams onshore and offshore. You'll have a track record for delivery and will be able to leverage these skills for maximum efficiency.
You'll also have:
• Test automation strategy design and delivery skills
• An understanding of how to manage simultaneous workstreams, multiple stakeholders and QA across in-flight initiatives to make sure delivery is timely and efficient
• Experience in trading applications, risk management, risk applications, fixed income, and interest rate derivative products in the investment banking industry
• Influencing and communicating skills to work with a range of audiences and senior figures
• The ability to work independently and flexibly while handling multiple deadlines and pressures
