About the role (temporary up to 12 months):
The Digital Transformation branch within the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is driving an ambitious suite of initiatives that will redefine how the Parliament of NSW operates. At the heart of this work is the PIMS Evolution & Support Program, a multi‑year transformation shifting our core business system onto a modern SaaS platform.
We are seeking a Testing Coordinator who thrives in complexity and is motivated by the chance to lift quality. Based in NSW Parliament, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. About you:
Success in this role calls for solid experience delivering UAT within ICT or business system projects. You will be comfortable working in agile or hybrid environments and be able to collaborate effectively with business users, product owners, and technical teams.
You will bring strong capability in developing test plans, managing defects and supporting broader quality assurance activities, whilst being experienced with modern testing environments, such as hybrid on‑prem/SaaS systems, automation pipelines, or cloud‑based testing.

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in IT or a related field are required.
