Job Title: TGT Science Teacher
Location: The Lexicon international school, Pune
Department: Academics
Reports To: Academic Coordinator / Principal

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified TGT Science Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons to students from grades 6 to 10, fostering a love for scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
Teach subjects across the Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) for classes 6 to 10.
Prepare teaching materials, practical demonstrations, and lab experiments where applicable.
Develop lesson plans, class tests, assignments, and other instructional materials.
Maintain student records including attendance, academic performance, and behavioral observations.
Encourage student participation and provide a safe, supportive classroom environment.
Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the school’s educational environment.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and ongoing training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with relevant specialization.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience as a Science teacher preferred.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning.
Desirable Qualities:
Passion for teaching and working with adolescents.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to integrate technology and modern teaching aids into the classroom.
Innovative, energetic, and student-focused approach.
Note :- The Salary range is just estimated amount.
