TGTs are responsible for developing lesson plans, preparing students for competitions, and helping students understand academic information. Responsibilities Teaching: Teach subjects to students, including remedial and extra classes Lesson planning: Develop lesson plans and modules based on the curriculum Assessment: Evaluate and grade students' work, including assignments, papers, and class work Extracurricular activities: Participate in and organize school activities Student support: Support students' pastoral care and help them prepare for competitions Professional development: Stay current in their field by reading literature Online teaching: Conduct classes online or in person Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, such as science, arts, or commerce A B.Ed. degree, which typically takes two years to complete A minimum age of minimum score of 55% in their bachelor's degree Fluency in English and
