TGT/PGT CTET Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TGT/PGT and other
teaching exams to join our academic content team. The candidate will be responsible for curating,
compiling, and developing exam-relevant material for various state-level teaching recruitment exams
across India. Preference will be given to candidates who have actively prepared for and appeared in
such examinations and possess an in-depth understanding of the exam structure, syllabus, and
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and compile high-quality study material, question banks, and notes for TGT/PGT and other
teacher eligibility/recruitment exams conducted by various state boards (like DSSSB, KVS, NVS,
UPTGT/PGT, etc.)
Create and review subject-wise and pedagogy-based content aligned with exam patterns and official
syllabi
Develop practice sets, solved previous year papers, and model tests with clear explanations
Stay updated with various teaching exam notifications, syllabus changes, and content trends across
states
Coordinate with fellow SMEs, editors, and instructional designers to ensure content quality, coverage,
and clarity
Identify and classify important topics and trends based on previous year questions and analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.)or in relevant academic subjects
(Arts/Science/Commerce)
Strong grasp of pedagogy, child development, educational psychology, and subject-specific teaching
techniques
Must have actively prepared for and appeared in teacher recruitment exams such as TGT, PGT, DSSSB,
KVS, NVS, UPTET, CTET, or state-specific TET/PGT exams
Should have cleared at least one stage (written/eligibility/mains/interview) of any such exam
Familiarity with the structure and format of teaching exams across different states
Good understanding of digital tools like MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, basic editing tools & AI tools.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in content development or teaching/coaching for TGT/PGT or TET exams
Understanding of regional variations in syllabi for state board exams
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
