The Role: Elevate the Experience
We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for everything to do with beverages to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
Beverage Program Development: Collaborate with the Venue Manager and Group Beverage Manager to curate and evolve a beverage list that complements our farm-to-table food philosophy.
Operational Excellence: Take ownership of back-of-house duties, including accurate stocktaking, inventory control, and curating menus with beverages in mind.
Team Development: Champion a culture of learning by upskilling staff on product knowledge, service techniques, and beverage preparation.
Customer Experience: Lead the floor during service, setting the standard for a warm welcome and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the TMG quality.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Industry Experience: A solid background in high-volume hospitality environments (bars, bistros, or restaurants). You are comfortable working and leading at a solid pace.
A Passion for Product: A genuine interest in food/ beverage trends and local produce, with the creative flair to help shape our beverage program.
Development Opportunities: Identify, discuss, propose and implement development opportunities for the beverage and service teams.
Leadership Potential: You are a natural coach who enjoys upskilling others, fostering a collaborative culture and leading by example on the floor.
Mandatory Requirements
Current Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) Certificate.
Current Food Handlers Certificate.
Unrestricted Approved Manager Card.
Chemform Training Certificate.
