We are currently seeking a Ticket Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. Located on Marine Parade in Southport, City of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, GC Aqua Park is a premier water park that offers an exhilarating experience for visitors of all ages. As a Ticket Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit while also contributing to the overall success of our park.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about ticket options, pricing, and park attractions
Process ticket sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and credit card payments with integrity and attention to detail
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized sales area
Requirements:
- Bronze Medallion, CPR, First Aid & Blue Card MANDATORY
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly wage commensurate with experience

Weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays are required. We have a blackout period during Summer Holidays (December & January) where under no circumstances will leave or unavailability requests will be considered.
