Position: Ticketing Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling ticketing operations, managing reservations, and ensuring our clients have a smooth and pleasant travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing flight, train, and bus ticket bookings for clients
• Processing and confirming reservations
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information about travel routes, schedules, and costs
• Coordinating with airlines and other travel service providers to ensure timely ticket issuance and updates
• Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents
• Assisting clients with cancellations, changes, and refunds
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in ticketing and reservations in the travel industry
• Proficiency in using ticketing software and GDS (Global Distribution Systems)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluency in English and Hindi
