Job description
A&J Mechanical Inc. is a Winnipeg based professional plumbing and heating company. We specialize in commercial new construction and renovations.
We are looking to hire a shop worker to make deliveries, do general tidying around the shop and yard as well as other duties as assigned. Must have a valid drivers license, transportation and smart phone.
Pay will be based on level of experience. Can start work immediately upon hire.
• Salary: $13.50-$20.00 per hour
• Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Busy company looking for a helper that is willing to learn the trade. Must have transportation, safety boots and a hard hat. Willingness to learn. Some experience in construction or in trades an asset.
To assist the tile setters in the following tasks when needed:
- Prepare, measure and mark surface to be covered
- Align and straighten tile using levels, squares and straightedges
- Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and opening using hand and power cutting tools
Required:
- Carpentry and renovation experience a plus
- Criminal Record Check required
- Must be able to work on a team as well as individually
- Must have a reliable transportation to be able to get to job sites. Bus service may not be available:
- Must be able to legally work in Canada:
- Must be able to lift 50 pds+
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
