About the Role
The Grout Co is seeking a reliable and motivated labourer to join our team. You’ll be working on residential sites assisting with re-grouting showers, bathrooms, and balconies, as well as general preparation and clean-up tasks. This role is ongoing until Christmas and may continue into next year for the right person. Must be physically fit and be injury free.
Key Responsibilities
Use power tools such as grinders, multi-tools, and other equipment
Assist with re-grouting and surface preparation
Support tradespeople and follow job instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience using grinders, multi-tools, and basic hand tools is essential
Tiling or grouting experience is an advantage but not essential — training provided
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Driver licence and your own car are a must
Able to travel to various residential sites as required
