Job Objective
"Engineer - CLMS & Access control Systems" role is part of the application Management support function for the Kronos CLMS System.
Detailed Job Description:
Application management : Monitoring and upkeep of applications and databases).
Liaison and Coordination with various sites and BUs for Access Control System and Interfacing with HRMS & CLMS
Liaison & co-ordination with IT (DBA) team, OEMs, & System integrator
Trouble shooting of FRS issues and Access devices issues across sites(except Genetec side, configuration of device ID mapping in Kronos database).
Tech Skills : Database queries (Oracle, SQL), Windows Server 2016 & above, basics of database management and DB backup management.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, can-do approach, team-player, good communication skills, ability to think out-of-the-box and collaborative approach (cross-functional working).
