Responsible for TMO project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Team Support:
• Support project teams by providing administrative assistance, scheduling resources, and coordinating logistics.
• Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
• Resolve issues, and challenges within the project team in a constructive and proactive manner.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs
• Organize and archive project files, documents, and communications for easy retrieval and reference. Ensure that all project documentation complies with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Conduct regular audits of project documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement
• Capture lessons learned and best practices from completed projects to inform future project planning and execution
Coordination:
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure alignment with goals and timelines. Schedule and facilitate project meetings & reviews
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners
• Manage project documentation and information flow, including version control, file organization, and access permissions
• Act as a liaison between different departments or teams involved in the project to foster cooperation and resolve conflicts
Project Tracking
• Work closely with TMO and stakeholders to track project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Track tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively.
Communication:
• Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights into project performance and progress.
• Address stakeholder inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Risk Management:
• Track , assess, and prioritize project risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Escalate critical risks or issues to project sponsors, stakeholders, or senior management for resolution.
• Conduct risk reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve risk management processes and outcomes
Required Qualifications
• This role requires experience in the Project Management/Agile practices driving transformation instead business as usual projects . Strong excel and power point skills must have for the role. Any project management certification and skills on PowerBI , Tableau or Qlik is a plus !!
