Job description
Castle Montessori of Plano is in search of a dedicated Lead Teacher for our Toddler class, catering to children aged 18 months to 3 years. The ideal candidate will possess a Toddler AMS, AMI, or MACTE certification; however, we are open to considering applicants with substantial experience in a Montessori setting at the Toddler level. A commitment to the Montessori educational philosophy, a passion for teaching, and a firm belief in the potential of every child are essential traits for this role.
The successful candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, and exhibit exceptional communication abilities with both children and adults. Strong classroom management skills are also a key requirement. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a positive and effective learning atmosphere for toddlers.
• Implement the Montessori teaching methodology with fidelity.
• Establish strong relationships with students and their families.

Required Skills
• Montessori certification preferred (AMS, AMI, or MACTE).
