Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tool Room Manager located in Ludhiana. The Tool Room Manager will be responsible for managing the tool room operations and ensuring that production targets are met. They will also supervise the team to ensure that quality standards are maintained and that the tools are maintained and repaired as necessary.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the tooling industry, including experience with CNC machining, EDM, and other manufacturing processes.
Experience in tool and die design, including proficiency with CAD software.
Experience in managing a team of toolmakers and machinists.
Knowledge of quality standards, quality management systems, and safety procedures.
Strong. communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
