Are you ready to champion evolution in a dynamic and agile environment? Reporting to the Total Reward Lead, as a Total Rewards Partner, you will manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Total Rewards area, providing subject matter expertise in the implementation and operation of programs and policies related to Total Rewards. You will be responsible for the execution and administration of our Total Reward offerings, including Benefits, Retirement Savings, Wellness, and Compensation. Your role will involve managing cyclical processes, contributing to system and policy reviews, analyzing compensation data, and addressing employee issues related to Total Rewards.
Accountabilities:
Maintain Thrive Wellness programs and compile annual utilization assessments.
Manage annual benefits re-enrollment with vendors, ensuring smooth implementation and facilitation of information sessions.
Execute Retirement Savings initiatives and employee communications, including training and campaigns.
Oversee semi-monthly Retirement Savings contribution files, resolving discrepancies as needed, and manage Sun Life claims and premiums invoicing.
Facilitate the Rewarding Performance Development cycle, involving analysis, reporting, training and communication.
Manage the annual updates of the Total Reward Statement, to ensure meaningful and robust information is shared.
Implement Pay Transparency to ensure legislative compliance and provide employee/manager education and awareness.
Support annual Market Reference Point process, compensation and leveling processes, as well as Pay Equity legislative reviews.
Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, retirement savings, wellness, and manage the Leave of Absence process, including Workday record management.
Participate in reviews and projects to leverage Workday system data, where needed.
Assist in developing and updating Total Reward policies and processes, ensuring legislative compliance is maintained.
