Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Tour Guide located in Miami Beach, FL. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading engaging and informative tours for visitors, sharing historical and cultural insights, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. Additionally, the Tour Guide may assist in answering customer inquiries, coordinating group activities, and promoting related services or products.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in leading Guided Tours and providing accurate historical and cultural information
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse groups
• Basic knowledge or passion for History to provide in-depth and authentic storytelling
• Sales ability to promote related services, products, or events when necessary
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent time-management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
