*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Guide & Retail Associate to join our team. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing engaging and informative chocolate tours to visitors, showcasing how we make everything from the farm to our process. During non-tour time, you will help out with helping customers pick product and check out.
*Duties*
- Lead tours for groups of visitors, providing detailed information about the site or location
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the tour
- Answer questions and provide additional information as needed
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
*Requirements*
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with tour groups
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with visitors from diverse backgrounds
- Time management skills to adhere to tour schedules and ensure a smooth experience for guests
- Ability to educate and inform visitors about the site or location being toured
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Leadership skills to guide and manage tour groups in an organized manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
