Job Summary
Job Title : Trade Compliance Executive
Function description:
The Compliance team assists and provides support in protecting the TVH Parts Holding reputation and integrity in terms of conformity with trade laws and regulations in order to sustain success and continuing to build a future proof organisation.
Location: Pune, India
Key Responsibilities
Job Role :
The TVH Trade Compliance Executive will assist with
Handling day2day inquiries related to export control procedures,
Analyse, detect, document and report to the Belgian Customs & Trade Compliance team business activities that are not in conformity with the TVH export control policy,
Detect potential risks and propose remediation to the trade Compliance team,
Monitor implemented remediation measures to prevent or minimise their impact on import and export operations,
Monitor and report KPIs related to the export control policy,
Reporting : Prepare regular export control-related reports, including offer and order tracking in order to detect possible circumvention in a timely manner,
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within TVH to ensure effective coordination and collaboration in export control activities.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to international trade and logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills :
BCOM / Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Export Executive or in a similar export control role.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, export control policies and documentation requirements is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of risk, internal control, internal audit and monitoring techniques is considered a plus.
Proficient use of the English language (both spoken and written)
Ability to navigate trade laws and regulations or be willing to learn
Willing to work on multiple time zones within the EU and the USA
Having a valid passport would be an advantage.
