Job Description
This is purely Backoffice job. Candidate have to seat in office and need to coordinate with Vendor, Internal team members via Phone, Email to complete the job.
In rare cases, candidate have to visit local market (We will direct for that)
• Everyday usage of Mozart to create PO, ES and reports.
• Day to day basis Vendor co-ordination (This will be the major task)
• Basic knowledge of Printing industry require (Sun board, Vinyl, Paper material, Acrylic, POP material like Floor standee, Table top standee)
• BTL activity management (Branding, Signage, POP etc..)
• Vendor co-ordination to process the bills, KYC documents
• Excel, PowerPoint reporting
