Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trade Relationship Manager role located in Nagpur. The Trade Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the bank's clients, identify business opportunities, manage the bank's trade portfolio, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and guidelines. The Trade Relationship Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Operations, and Risk Management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Trade Finance or Relationship Management in a bank or financial institution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
• Strong knowledge of trade finance products and services, and regulatory policies and guidelines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, trade systems, and other relevant software
