Trainee Administrator

Job Type: Permanent

Full Time, 35 hours per week.

We have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our Investigation Department as a trainee administrator.

ABOUT US

Walker Love is a silver standard Investors in People accredited employer.

We provide Debt Recovery, Citation and Diligence and Professional Investigation services to a range of businesses, financial services institutions, utility companies, professional services firms, public sector bodies and government agencies.

THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit and train someone to assist with administrative duties within our Investigation Department based in Paisley. The role will initially involve acknowledging new instructions; adding new cases onto our diary/invoicing system; typing investigation reports via audio typing; preparing final reports and invoices and sending these to clients. There will also be an element of telephone phone support for our field operatives.

WHAT WILL BE BENEFICIAL

Applicants must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and develop. Be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Reasonable keyboard skills would be beneficial
A respectable qualification in English would be advantageous
Familiarity with MS packages, including Word and Excel
Good communication skills, both verbally, would be helpful
An inquisitive nature would be a bonus
A keen eye for detail and professionalism are require
Be able to promote a positive, professional image
Must be able to treat all work as confidential

Pay: £22,200.00 per year
