Ability to drive sourcing, screening, coordination, stakeholder handling, and end-to-end candidate experience.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and Boolean logic
Clear communication, high emotional intelligence, responsible, and ownership mindset.
Talent partners who are great listeners, fast learners, and even faster doers
