Personal Assistant Needed
We are a fast-growing, multi-division construction and property services group operating in Québec and the United States. Our companies specialize in commercial asphalt paving, concrete services, pothole repair, demolition, specialty flooring, waterproofing, sweeping operations, and real estate improvement projects.
We work with municipalities, commercial property managers, developers, and private investors. Our operations are expanding, and we are building a strong internal team to support that growth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated Executive Assistant to work directly with ownership and help manage the administrative and coordination side of multiple growing businesses.
This position will begin part-time, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time leadership-support role as the company continues to expand.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to real business operations, construction management, investment projects, and executive-level decision making.
You will not be “just answering phones.”
You will be learning how multiple businesses are built and operated.
What You Will Be Doing
Executive Support
Managing emails and professional correspondence
Preparing and formatting client quotes (training provided)
Drafting proposals and follow-up communications
Organizing contracts and documentation
Assisting in decision-support preparation
Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinating job schedules across divisions
Supporting project planning and calendar management
Tracking tasks and deadlines
Communicating with crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Business Operations Exposure
Supporting estimating processes
Assisting with property improvement planning
Helping implement internal systems and procedures
Participating in growth initiatives across divisions
You will gain hands-on exposure to real operational decision-making.
Who You Are
Highly organized
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Tech-comfortable (email, spreadsheets, document formatting)
Professional and confident
Eager to learn how businesses operate
Construction experience is not required.
Intelligence, reliability, and drive are.
Compensation & Growth
This position will begin part-time, with flexibility based on workload and mutual fit.
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and capability.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
