As an HR Trainee, you will assist in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal referrals
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate candidate communications and maintain recruitment records
Support onboarding processes and documentation
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR systems
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MS Office and professional email communication
