- Utilize Kharcha software to upload invoices systematically.
- Scrutinize invoice data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in the provided information.
- Address and rectify any errors found during the validation process.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
- Enter data from handwritten invoices into the system accurately.
- Report any identified issues or discrepancies during the invoice review process to the reporting authority.
- Undertake additional responsibilities related to the job, as deemed necessary.
