Opportunity to work in the real estate industry as a
Property Manager.
• Full training and support provided.

• Property management administration duties.
• Routines inspections, property condition reports and final bond inspections.
• Leasing processes.
• Managing property maintenance.
• Liaising with tenants, owners and third parties.
• Assist the Senior Property Manager with day to day tasks as required.
Skill & Experience
• Must hold current Property Management Registration.
• Previous experience as an Assistant PM / Inspections
Officer is advantageous but not essential.
• Office experience will be advantageous however not expected.
• Computer proficient. Experience with MS Office Suite and Property Management software's is advantageous.
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills.
• Exceptional people skills.
• Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
