What you'll do
To assist with your progression to be a Strata Manager you will be trained in all roles including administration, assistant, insurance & compliance and strata manager. This will provide you with a full understanding of strata management.
STRATA MANAGEMENT
Manage a portfolio of strata complexes
Ensure legislative compliance (Strata Titles Act)
Assist Council of Owners with queries
Prepare budgets & monitor finances
Liaise with contractors
Coordinate maintenance & repairs
Facilitate, attend & report on meetings
Manage conflicts & disputes
ADMINISTRATION
Finance & management reports
Meeting preparation (agendas, letters)
Meeting follow-up files
Data entry & general correspondence
Creditor invoice authorisation
Insurance renewals & claims
Settlement certificates

SCAWA - A100 introductory course
SCAWA- REIWA ongoing training courses
Cert IV Strata Community Management
Potential Diploma in Strata Community Management

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
