Profile/Designation: Trainee Transaction Processing Officer

Job Description:

 Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.

 Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence

 Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails

 Adhering to company compliances and policies

Training agreement: Selected candidates must sign Training agreement at the time of joining to stay with the company for minimum 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 80000/- in full will be recovered from the employee.

Target Audience: 2026 Batch Under Graduates (10+2, 10+3)/Diploma (IT / ECE / Computers / Electronics / E&C / E&E / E&TC) / Graduates/ Postgraduates from recognized universities can apply. (BE/B.Tech Graduates are not Eligible)

Pre-requisites:
• Candidate must be an Indian citizen

 Candidate must possess a valid Government issued identification document
• Candidates should not have any backlogs in their education for participating in the hiring process
• Candidate needs to possess good communication skills

 Candidate needs to possess excellent comprehension skills
• Candidate needs to be flexible to get allocated to any of the mentioned Mphasis operating locations
• Candidate needs to be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement.

Skills:

 good Communication skills (Written & Verbal)

 Excellent comprehensions skills

 Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills

 Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel

 Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and needs to

be able to type with 35WPM and +5% accuracy

 Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change

 Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.

 Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs

Assessment/ Selection Criteria:

 First Round – HR Interview /Group Discussion

 Second Round – Typing Test

 Third Round- General Aptitude Test

 Final round- Manager Interview + Comprehension test

Locations of work: Bangalore, or Pune or Mangalore
