WHO CAN APPLY- FRESHERS
Responsible for sourcing profiles through various job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
Required to make approximately 50 calls per day and thoroughly evaluating candidates on the basis of skills & experience, area of interest, geographic locations in US and their visa types.
Meeting daily/monthly targets of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements shared by clients.
A thorough analysis of candidate’s commitment and background check before submission.
Getting updated resume from candidates and formatting them according to clients’ requirements.
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback received is from client.
Other Key Points you’d have to be comfortable with :
Initially you will join Mindlance as trainees for a period of 3-4 months (Which includes classroom training & On-Job training from their date of joining.
You will be working ONLY in night shifts, it would be any + hrs. shift from 6:30 pm to 3.30 am
