The Role
We are seeking qualified and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our Canberra team. You will deliver and assess one or more of the following courses:
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services
Applicants qualified in multiple areas will be given priority. However, we welcome applications from candidates with experience and qualifications in any one of the above specialisations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions aligned with corresponding course's curriculum and industry standards
Conduct assessments (written, practical, and workplace-based)
Support students with feedback and guidance
Maintain accurate records and comply with ASQA standards
Update learning resources as needed
Collaborate with other trainers and admin staff
Requirements
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
Relevant qualification in one or more of the following: Individual Support (Disability), Ageing Support; and/or Community Services
Industry experience in the relevant field
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
Desirable
First Aid Certificate
Valid Police Check
Experience working with international students
