About Us:

At Fosroc, we don’t just create construction solutions - we shape the skylines and infrastructure that define tomorrow. With over 30 years of expertise, we deliver cutting-edge technologies in concrete repair, waterproofing, and flooring for some of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic projects.

Fosroc is a licensed brand to Parchem Construction Supplies, which is part of the DuluxGroup. We believe our people are the foundation of our success. That’s why we offer more than a role - we offer growth, recognition, and a culture that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Fosroc Trainer (NSW), you’ll deliver engaging, hands‑on product training to internal sales teams and external customers, building technical capability, product confidence and brand advocacy across the Fosroc and Emer portfolios. You’ll facilitate practical and virtual learning sessions at the Padstow training facility, ensuring training is accurate, aligned to technical data and tailored to a wide range of adult learners. Alongside training delivery, you’ll manufacture and manage high‑quality product samples, maintain stock and equipment, and support the development of training modules and mock‑ups. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams, uphold the highest safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement—combining strong product knowledge, commercial awareness and engaging facilitation to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Our Benefits:

Up to $1,000 annually to cover private health extras gap costs
Exclusive discounts on DuluxGroup products and partner offers
Stay active anytime, anywhere through our partnership with Fitness Passport
20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks partner leave from day one
Market leading learning, development and career pathways
Access to our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support
Recognition programs that celebrate your impact

What We’re Looking for:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to demonstrate and explain products clearly
Commercially minded and customer‑focused, able to connect product knowledge to real‑world application and conversion
Practical and hands‑on, comfortable working with tools, equipment and product samples
Organised, credible and influential, with the presence to build trust and strong relationships across teams and customers
Ability to work autonomously
