ACE was founded in 2001 to provide heavy machinery and construction training to customers in Gippsland, Victoria. Over the years it has expanded its offering to include nationally recognised training and licensing accredited by VicRoads and ASQA, which it now offers across its four campuses in Sale, Traralgon, Bendigo, and Ballarat.
Today ACE (together with its sister company MultiSkills Training) services thousands of customers across & throughout regional Victoria in the oil & gas, mining, agriculture, power, water, paper, manufacturing, transport, and construction industries, for which ACE is recognised by corporations and government agencies as the go-to training provider in the region.
We have a great culture and are looking for experienced and professional High-Risk Work (WorkSafe Individual Assessors) Trainers and Assessors to join our team.

The Role:
The position is full-time however we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:45 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.
About You:
We are looking for professional educators with fantastic people skills, a proven specialist lifting background, with a passion for sharing learnings with others. You may be a great fit if you have the following:
A can-do attitude and an upbeat personality
Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/ Assessor and hold current industry skills
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations (i.e. Conditions of authorisation for Individual Assessors )
Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
Perform other general duties as required
Essential criteria:
Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
Demonstrated vocational experience aligned to the topics being facilitated
Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
You will need to be an Australian Resident
Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
