We are Hiring -TRAINING INDUCTION (HR)-Male/Female.
Qualification-Post Graduate
Location-Ghaziabad [UPSIDC lndl. Area, Masuri Gulawathi]
Salary-25-35 K /Month
JD- Develop & conduct effective induction programmes & Produce training materials for in-house courses. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments & Devise individual learning plans for Employees. Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, executives and managers. Consider & report the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and, consult the L&D to devise a training strategy for the organization Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers Evaluate training and development programmes & Ensure that statutory training requirements are met. Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work Environment Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses. Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace behavioral Competency:
Others; Male/Female Candidate Staying max. 45 mnts commutation time from office. Should be stable in job, not someone who has been jumping jobs often. Should be honest Should be open to take additional responsibilities Marks should not be below 50% in academics
