Position: Training Manager
Qualification: Any Graduation
Handling States: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
CTC: Max 15LPA
Developing Training Strategy (30%)
• Produce organization's training strategy and plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery, measurement, and follow-up, as necessary.
• Responsible for the conducting the need analysis for skills gaps at all levels of the operation team and development and delivery of suitable training interventions.
• Establishing training roadmap and identifying programmes for people development for meeting business need for diverse work groups (leadership and operational team).
Training Operations (50%)
• Assess relevant training needs for operation team including assessment methods and measurement systems at required frequency.
• Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs.
• Plan, roll out nominations, deliver training courses and assess effectiveness. Manage these activities internally or via external providers.
• Identify, select, and manage external training partners and accreditation bodies & agencies for TNI, content development, delivery and other specific requirement (certification/ HiPo development)
• Introduce cutting edge andragogy practices and use of multimedia applications in training.
• Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.
• Liaise with product team, HR, and other functions within organization.
• Custodian of training policy and ensure its proper implementation.
• Create and manage a repository of all the training content include inductions, refreshers, capacity building and other communication capsules send to the field.
MIS and reporting (20%)
Requirement
• Bachelors degree with relevant experience in MFI Training
• Experience in working with NBFC/MFI is must.
• Good communication (written and verbal) skills, including well developed presentation skills. Must be fluent in Tamil (spoken, written) and one more Indian language (Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi)
• In depth knowledge and experience of the practical application of Training methodologies
