We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Training Manager who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments. You will manage the education strategy across AU/NZ for an unparalleled global tech company, you will be empowered to bring your creative and innovative ideas to life!
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Presenting fun, engaging, and memorable training workshops
Develop digital learning strategies to increase knowledge and advocacy
Manage the local execution of formal and informal training across retail, including instructor-led workshops, e-learning modules, and demos
Design quality instructional materials through storyboarding and cascade globally created content
Film and edit digital recordings to support product and software knowledge
Track key training metrics and drive improvements across all areas
Data analysis of training metrics to review success of L&D strategy, set upcoming strategic changes
Coordinate training events and engagement programs that create delightful experiences for retailer sales associates
About You:
Confident and comfortable in large format presentations
Experience building and managing comprehensive training programs (or interested in pursuing this)
Degree qualified or equivalent practical experience in a similar role
Confident with instructional design, delivery, and evaluation of training solutions
Confident with video production and editing
Well versed in adult learning and blended learning methodologies
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships at all levels
