Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager with 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. The ideal candidate will develop a strategic learning plan, aligning programs with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver training programs to address skill gaps across departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven metrics and adjust learning strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation.
Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in Learning and Development, with 3-5 years in a manufacturing setting.
• MBA in Human Resources (full-time).
Skills and Qualifications
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies.
• Analytical mindset to measure and adjust training effectiveness.
