As the Training Solutions eXperience (TSX) Sr. Manager, you'll operate at the critical intersection of program management, technology, and change management. TSX is a new organization that will elevate the voice of the customer and deliver more differentiated learning solutions to meet the needs of a diverse set of customers and partners. This pivotal role involves partnering with AWS Training & Certification (T&C) field teams to architect scalable transformation solutions for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Diving deep into customer segment needs and goals to develop targeted enablement strategies
Collaborating with field sales teams to understand and address customer challenges
Leading consultative teams that drive cloud adoption and innovation across global customers
Through close partnership with Strategy and Operations teams, designing both customized and standardized solutions that accelerate our customers' cultural and technological transformation.
Taking ownership of all programmatic activities for customer engagements including planning, reporting and risk mitigation
Crafting monthly and quarterly business reviews to AWS leadership to surface key business insights

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
