This role designs, facilitates, and evaluates high-fidelity training for healthcare professionals, students, and emergency teams. Key duties include operating equipment, running scenarios, leading debriefings, and occasionally serving as a standardized patient. The specialist also develops curriculum aligned with emergency medicine competencies, coaches learners with feedback to strengthen decision-making and teamwork, and manages records, equipment use, and program evaluation.
