Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Training Supervisor to lead our training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. In this role, you will oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills, support organizational growth, and drive performance excellence. Duties

Develop comprehensive training to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
Facilitate training delivery through classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and e-learning modules while employing strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Manage employee orientation programs to onboard new hires smoothly and efficiently, ensuring they understand organizational policies and culture.
Collaborate with HR teams on talent management initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, employee evaluation, and HR sourcing strategies.
Conduct research and data collection to assess training needs, measure program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement in employee development efforts.
Support change management processes by designing programs that help employees adapt to organizational transformations while maintaining high engagement levels.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate group discussions confidently.
Demonstrated expertise in program management—including designing training programs aligned with organizational goals—and mentoring team members.
Familiarity with human resources functions such as talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, and HR sourcing.
Ability to conduct research, analyze data effectively, and translate findings into actionable training strategies.
Classroom experience combined with proficiency in technical writing for content development is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
