Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy and is a market leading engineering, procurement and construction services contractor, specialising in the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.



Following the continued growth and success of the business, we are currently seeking highly motivated Training & Talent Development Manager to work across our operations, based in the Newcastle Head Office.



If you are an experienced and driven Training professional with a background of Talent Development, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.



Key responsibilities will include:

Provide functional training advice & expertise to personnel across the Business Unit and/or Projects.
Provides training support services directly to internal and external customers.
Prepare training information into reports to meet reporting requirements.
Creates, develops and implements improved training processes.
Ensure all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy.
Capture and analyse qualitative or quantitative training data to identify, research and address training needs.
Deliver programs and workshops; particularly internal systems training and assist to coordinate training across the Business.
Establishes professional networks with training colleagues across industry and professional associations.
Works closely with Project/Operations Managers in the identification of internal talent managing professional development pathways and accreditation.
Coordinate and manage the internal mentoring program across the business and projects.
Manage the onboarding of new employees into the organisation.

What we are looking for:

Ideally a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively.
A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure.
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence – HR
Proof of right to work in Australia.

To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
