About the Role
The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice offers a unique mix of expertise across Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing. As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a vital role in addressing diverse transfer pricing challenges and helping clients navigate complex intercompany transactions.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this high-profile role, you will:
• Apply advanced transfer pricing concepts and financial analysis to resolve client challenges.
• Prepare and document transfer pricing strategies, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), and assist in defending pricing during audits.
• Provide innovative solutions that enhance client services in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and implement effective planning strategies.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated services tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
• A licensed attorney or CPA, or a Master's or PhD in relevant fields such as economics, finance, or quantitative analysis.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with certification plans or relevant professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Two or more years in a professional services tax role, specifically in transfer pricing.
• Willing and able to travel as needed for client engagements.
