Step into a role where insight helps change land well. As a Specialist, Transformation, youll support the delivery of claims transformation by turning data into clear performance insights and tracking how initiatives are really performing. Youll help bring structure, transparency and confidence to decision making, working closely with teams across claims, transformation, finance and data. This role is ideal if you enjoy connecting numbers to outcomes, spotting patterns and helping teams focus on what matters most to improve customer, financial and operational results. There are multiple permanent full-time roles based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do Build andmaintainperformance insights that provide a clear,endtoendview of claims performance aligned to strategicobjectives. Track transformation initiatives across the claims value chain, monitoring delivery progress,outcomesand value realisation. Develop andmaintaincostbenefitmodels and value frameworks to support prioritisation and sequencing decisions.Monitorinitiative performance,identifyrisks orgapsand work collaboratively to support continuous improvement. Produceaccurateperformance reporting,dashboardsand packs to support leaders and governance forums. Partneracross the value chain to provide end to end performance and financial oversight.
Strengthen future ready reporting and metric governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuity through technology change.
What You'll Bring Experience working with data and insights tomonitorperformance and support informed decision making. Strong quantitative analysis skills, including trend analysis, varianceanalysisand benefits tracking. Confidence working with complex,multisourcedata sets to create clear andaccurateperformance reporting. Ability to translate numbers into practical insights,risksand actions that leaders can use. A collaborative mindset and comfort working across different teams and disciplines. Exposure to insurance, financial services or claims environments, with financial modelling experience an advantage.
