Overview:
To oversee the entire hiring process of candidates for technical roles, we are looking for talented Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry on the recruitment process end to- end.
- Gather requirements from the clients and make job descriptions after collaborating with the clients.
- Post advertisements on social media and job sites, network with potential hires through- professional groups on social media and during events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified- candidates.
- Arrange interviews, perform reference check, and close hires by issuing employment contracts.
- Hire qualified and suitable people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Assist the management in quarterly and annual hiring- plans.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of- hire.
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience- surveys.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job- openings.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions and workshops.
- Keep- up-to-date- with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Perform all the HR related duties- assigned.
Skills Required:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources with 3 - 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Very good experience in handling technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with the job sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster and Indeed.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like- LinkedIn,- Github- and Stack Overflow.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking- systems.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail
